During this pilot, we may collect limited information including gameplay responses, scores, timing, accuracy, missed or extra responses, game progress, session duration, feedback and the player's age range if provided. We do not require the child's full name to participate in the Fruit Beat pilot.
Why we collect it
We use gameplay and feedback information to understand how learners interact with RhyFlow, evaluate and improve our games and learning activities, and develop future RhyFlow features.
Email updates
If a parent or guardian separately chooses to receive RhyFlow updates, we will use the email address provided to send occasional updates and invitations to future testing.
Children's information
Where parent or guardian consent is required, RhyFlow asks for that consent before collecting or using the child's personal data. We aim to collect only information reasonably needed for this pilot.
Sharing and protection
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data in our possession or control. We do not sell personal data. Personal data will only be disclosed where necessary for operating RhyFlow, where consent has been given, or where otherwise permitted or required by law.
How long we keep information
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required for legal or business purposes. When it is no longer required, we will delete it or anonymise it where appropriate.
